The No‑Surprises Jump Plan

Skydiving is weather dependent and schedules can shift. That’s normal.

What shouldn’t happen is arriving at the airfield and discovering key details you wish you’d known earlier – after you’ve already committed time and money.

That’s why we run the No‑Surprises Jump Plan:

First jump? Perfect!

Thanks to the nature of a tandem skydive, the formal training is kept simple and beginner-friendly. Your personal tandem instructor controls the freefall and the parachute descent. Your only job is to follow a few clear instructions and enjoy the moment. By showing you what to expect in the aircraft, how to position your body during freefall, and what to expect when the parachute opens, most first-timers find their nerves settle quickly and the fun takes over.

And because your trip time matters, we built the No‑Surprises Jump Plan: clear expectations, early confirmation, and transparent communication, ensuring the adventure feels epic, not uncertain.

Cancellation policy:

  1. Please be aware that skydiving involves many elements, including weather, aircraft scheduling, and staff availability, all of which must align to ensure a safe jump. If Skydive Mossel Bay cancels the skydive due to weather or any other reason, a full refund will be issued. We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible before the scheduled jump if we think the skydive might be cancelled.
