Operating Procedures During COVID-19

At Skydive Mossel Bay, it is our mission to provide our visitors and guests the opportunity to experience one of life’s great adventures in an environment whereby safety is the top priority.
With the global development of the Coronavirus, the Skydive Mossel Bay management team has come together to discuss the serious problem and how best to proceed as a responsible business. In accordance with published guidelines from the World Health Organization along with local authorities, we have made the decision to continue with our operations, but with a modification to our standard procedures to reduce the spread of the virus.
Our team has taken an active role to increase the cleanliness of gear and equipment used by students and staff throughout the skydiving experience. Hand sanitizer will be positioned in the highest-trafficked areas of our facility and the interior of our aircraft sanitized each day.
We have recommended that all members of staff take precautionary health measures including hand washing, social distancing, the discontinuance of handshaking and staying home when feeling unwell.
We are encouraging our guests to reschedule their skydives if exhibiting any flu-like symptoms.
At this time, operational hours will continue as normal.
Our staff and guests are of utmost importance to us and we approach the current issues related to COVID-19, seriously. We ask that you join us in being diligent with hand-washing, and how we interact with each other.
Wishing everyone safety and happiness during this tenuous time!
